You will play a key role in consolidating financial data, monitoring capital structures, and helping the company make informed financial decisions.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with complex financial data, building models, and supporting high-level financial strategy in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial statements across multiple entities to evaluate performance and identify key trendsBuild and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-makingConsolidate financial data from various sources into structured reports and dashboardsMonitor debt structures, leverage ratios,



and financial covenant complianceSupport capital planning initiatives and financing strategiesPrepare investor materials, including presentations and transaction documentationAssist in developing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and other investor-facing materialsSupport capital raises, acquisitions, and financing initiativesOrganize and maintain financial data rooms for transactions and investor reviewAssist with lender reporting packages and borrowing base reportingMaintain debt schedules and capital structure summariesManage internal financial reports and dashboards for leadership teamsSupport invoicing, billing, and payment tracking processesCoordinate with accounting teams, lenders, and external advisorsMaintain organized financial documentation across multiple entitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2–5 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate financeStrong financial modeling and advanced Excel skillsExperience analyzing financial statements and financial dataAbility to translate complex financial information into clear insightsExperience preparing reports and presentations in PowerPointExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluent English communication skills (written and verbal)Preferred ExperienceBackground in investment banking, private equity, or corporate financeExperience preparing CIMs or investor presentationsFamiliarity with debt structures, capital stacks, and financial covenantsExperience supporting financing, refinancing, or capital strategy initiativesAt The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading integral tech companies and amazing global talent.
