Join us to guide multidisciplinary teams and help clients harness AI for transformative outcomes.ResponsibilitiesGuide technical strategy and leadership in ML and AI across client projectsDesign and implement responsible AI frameworks and measurement aligned with business goalsFacilitate AI adoption and innovation by connecting different organizational unitsEngage with clients to identify challenges and illustrate how ML/AI can solve themLead and mentor teams of data scientists and engineers as a collaborative partnerTrack latest ML/AI technology trends and advise on new methods considering regulationsServe as the key liaison between business, legal, and technical teams within EPAM and client companiesDefine ML project scopes, pricing, and lead handoffs between sales and deliveryBuild and maintain strong client partnerships via clear communication and issue managementDrive enterprise-level AI adoption by collaborating with executive and C-suite stakeholdersSupport sales efforts by evaluating data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and preparing proposalsRequirementsExtensive leadership experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI of at least 12 yearsProven expertise in designing and deploying ML/AI solutionsComprehensive knowledge of machine learning including deep learning, statistics, HCI, CNN/RNN, transformer architectures, LLMs (RAG), and privacy/security in MLDemonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed,



multidisciplinary teams delivering AI productsSkilled in influencing senior stakeholders to secure project funding and sell AI initiativesStrong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesProficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlowExperience with SQL and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with regulated industries or technology-related compliance functionsExcellent problem-solving capabilities to translate business needs into ML/AI solutionsWe offerConnectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non-wages concept).
