Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and craft tailored data solutions that align with organizational goals Define performance metrics, establish desired outcomes, and monitor progress to ensure measurable success Work closely with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient data strategies Lead consulting engagements and support presales efforts by demonstrating expertise in analytics and understanding client needs Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic objectives and customer expectations Evaluate data quality and availability to identify areas for improvement within governance processes Stay informed on emerging trends in data analytics and integrate this knowledge into ongoing projects Assist with data integration, processing, and preparation to ensure clean and actionable data for decision-making Communicate insights and strategies effectively to technical and non-technical audiences to ensure stakeholder alignment Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or a similar role in consulting At least 2 years in leadership positions such as Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator A minimum of 1 year managing a team of five or more individuals Experience participating in at least two full project life cycles or working across multiple phases of various projects Strong knowledge of data platforms and hands-on experience delivering solutions such as data lakes, analytics systems, and rep
