We are looking for an **Controlling Planning Specialist** to join our company!

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations.
- Preparing financial modelling for various “what if” scenarios and the overall impact for the organization.
- Active participation in closing processes.
- Performing Expenses controls by Area aligned with the Forecast & Budget.
- Validating accuracy of financial data, business information and reports by performing reconciliations and reviews of exceptions.
- Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A.;
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting or Business administration.




- Good knowledge of Netsuit.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English - written & spoken.
- Soft skills: analytical, paying attention to details, good communication skills. Negotiation Skills is an upsite
- Diligence, high sense of ownership.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure is a prerequisite (meeting deadlines with highest quality).
- Ability to propose improvements in processes.
