In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for the system and partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure scalable system solutions, provide day to day support to the organization, and ensure data integrity within the system.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs* Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements based on business and regional requirement* Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defects* Provide day to day Workday system support for a integral userbase, including ticket resolution, audits, data uploads (EIBs)* Develop dashboar
