Job Responsibility Oversee and execute core HR activities, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee support (e.g., 1-on-1 meetings). Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Design and manage internal benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, reimbursements, and payments. Plan and coordinate team events, including scouting locations and organizing engaging remote activities. Develop and present HR reports, dashboards, and presentations on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Support other HR functions by providing administrative and operational assistance as needed.
