Job Details

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the management, optimization, and control of all packaging and related materials used in World Courier Argentina's operations. The role requires maintaining effective and continuous communication across all company departments to ensure optimal material supply, while upholding all operational indicators.

Responsibilities

Position 100% On site- Bauness 845, Buenos Aires, Capital Federal

- Supervision of MUP and PCMs refurbishment related activities. Garage and space management. Be the focal point for PFM related topics such as, but not limited to:

- Cost recovery for local purchase.

- Intercompany cost and revenue analysis.

- Packaging positioning.

- Packaging Damage report.

- Ensure the proper use of current stock management system and tools to comply with operational KPI.

- Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure material availability and avoid stock brake down. Be involved in all purchase related activities about packaging for Transport and CSS.

- Manage the qualification and re-qualification of packaging.

- Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and organized,



with updated stock positions and marks and packaging properly stored.

- Perform the cyclic stock count and monitor the flow of order / receipt of material. Ensure the process of preparing the MUP in adherence to our SOPs.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Develop new packaging solutions.

Education

- 3 - 5-year experience in demand planning & stock management

- Higher education in Logistics, Transport or Production Engineering

- Fluent or Advanced English

Skills & Knowledge

- 3 - 5-year experience in demand planning & stock management Higher education in Logistics, Transport or Production Engineering Fluent or Advanced English.

- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) - advanced Strong ability with numbers, calculations and analysis / interpretation of data for decision making Planification & prioritization skills – Time management Interpersonal skills – ability to connect and collaborate with other departments Strong organizational and communication skills
