Project - the aim you'll have

We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer (.Net) to join one of our USA Clients, a uniquely positioned software company creating technologies to make the world a better place to live by focusing on rethinking early-stage decision making in preconstruction.

Their products include next-generation 2D/3D integrated estimating platforms, a bid leveling platform that enables next-generation data analytics, and optimization technology that pushes the boundaries of what is capable in today's marketplace.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

- + 6 years of experience in .NET 6, C#, HTML5, CSS and writing Single Page Applications required.
- Experience in Blazor, JavaScript, JSON, REST, Angular, React, Vue, or another webbased framework is a plus.
- Experience developing software with an agile process.
- Must be passionate about what you do and have a desire to innovate to make a difference in our industry.
- Must genuinely care about the people you work with and the people you create solutions for.




- Must be able to break down problems and have the will to do what it takes tO get the job done.
- Regularly mentor and coach software engineers, able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical people, able to review others' work, find inadequate or incomplete solutions, and provide useful feedback.

What you will do

- Tackle complex problems and contribute hands-on across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and documentation to development, testing, and maintenance.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in coding, architecture, and collaboration for other senior and junior engineers.
- Mentor and support junior developers by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and stepping in to help resolve challenging issues.
- Actively look for opportunities to teach, upskill, and grow the technical capabilities of the team.
- Collaborate closely with your team, demonstrating genuine care and commitment to team success and the quality of solutions delivered.
- Take ownership of delivering high-quality, well-documented, maintainable code.
- Continuously learn and apply new skills, technologies, and best practices tO drive innovation and excellence.
- Uphold and champion a positive, respectful, and supportive team culture.
