This role serves as the main point of contact for all communications to and from the sales force, liaising with multiple departments, particularly Sales. Working closely with the Regional Trade Supervisor, the position is responsible for following up on the education program, maintaining up-to-date communication with clients, and conducting the annual reconciliation of customer investments to process yearly agreements with key agencies. The role also manages daily business data queries and supply forecasts, while collaborating with other teams such as Legal, Sales Administration,



Billing, and Collections.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Annual rebates reconciliation (calculation) following Trade Agreements clauses.
- Follow up on the education program; assist in new account setup and monitor training performance.
- Control invoice reception for annual rebate payments.
- Create POs in the ERP system or provide instructions to the Sales Administration team to create SOs, post INV or CM (rebate payments), after negotiation with each agency.
- Provide instructions to the AP or AR teams to record or issue documents in the ERP (INV or CM).
- Plan payments according to invoices/credit memos received and provide instructions to the AP/Treasury team. Prepare monthly payment proposals and three-month forecast projections.
- Maintain internal treasury files.
- Monitor deal consumptions on a weekly basis. Approve or reject new Insertion Orders for each deal in Salesforce C
