**About HireHawk**

We are seeking a highly execution-driven **Apparel Production Specialist** to own and manage end-to-end production across our client's **Global DTC and Amazon channels**. This role is responsible for the full production lifecycle—from purchase order issuance through final delivery—ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across a integral vendor network.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong vendor management, systems expertise, and operational discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Ownership**:

- Manage the complete production lifecycle (PO issuance bulk production final delivery).
- Maintain and execute detailed production calendars across DTC and Amazon programs.
- Track WIP, monitor milestones,



and proactively resolve delays or risks.
- Translate sales forecasts into clear, executable production plans.
- Ensure accuracy in costing, production timelines, and delivery commitments.

**Global Vendor and Outsourcing Management**
- Manage and develop international vendor partnerships across Asia, Africa, and multi-region sourcing networks.
- Oversee capacity planning, pricing alignment, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with PP, TOP, and final inspection standards.
- Proactively mitigate production delays, quality risks, and compliance issues.

**Amazon & DTC Channel Execution**
- Manage production requirements specific to Amazon Marketplace.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon packaging, labeling, bundling, and hard-pack requirements.
