This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision, driving the optimization and enhancement of our internal Salesforce platform to support key business objectives.As our Salesforce Administrator/Product Owner, you will take full ownership of our internal Salesforce Unlimited platform.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal Salesforce initiatives, including daily administration, new functionality enhancements, and key improvements to support and streamline our sales processes.
This role requires a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to managing and evolving our Salesforce ecosystem.The ideal candidate will work closely with internal business stakeholders across sales, marketing, delivery, finance and executive leadership to ensure Salesforce effectively supports our operating model, reporting needs, and growth objectives.This role wears many hats: Salesforce Administrator and declarative Developer, Product Analyst, Internal Consultant, Troubleshooter, Project Manager, Trainer, and trusted advisor to the business.
Internal teams will rely on your guidance for Salesforce best practices, system design,



and the platform long-term roadmap in support of Bridgenext's internal operations.Candidates should be equally comfortable presenting complex concepts to business leaders or technical teams, have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce functionality, and act as a knowledgeable liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Serve as the primary Salesforce platform expert for Bridgenext's internal org, guiding design decisions and best practices as we roll out additional functionalityTriage and manage internal Salesforce support requests, resolving issues directly when possible and escalating or partnering with other resources as neededPartner with internal stakeholders to improve and streamline marketing, sales, delivery, managed services, and operational workflowsProactively facilitate internal requirement gathering and discovery sessions, synthesizing business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirementsConfigure and maintain declarative Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and security modelAssist internal teams in resolving issues related to reporting, data integrity, integrations, and user adoptionMaintain and evolve internal Salesforce documentation to support enablement, onboarding, and knowledge transferIdentify, assess, and communicate scope changes or enhancement opportunities for the Salesforce platformGuide internal stakeholders through new Salesforce release testing, deployment planning, and change managementEvaluate existing configurations and processes to identify gaps, architectural concerns, and improvement opportunitiesResearch and propose solutions when requirements fall outside current platform capabilities or prior experienceSupport internal agile practices including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery coordinationWorkplace: Based in Argentina,



with availability for meeting during ESTMust Have Skills:5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, internal salesforce administration, or product ownership roles.Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including:Flows and automationSecurity and access controlsDeclarative toolsData model designProven ability to lead discovery sessions, clarify business needs, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutionsExperience supporting Salesforce implementations used by internal business teams, not just isolated functionsComfortable reviewing existing Salesforce orgs to identify technical debt, architectural risks, and optimization opportunitiesAbility to solution thoughtfully without defaulting to custom codeExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teamsFamiliarity with agile delivery models, backlog management, and tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain tradeoffs and decisions to technical and non-technical audiencesSalesforce certifications:Administrator / Advanced AdministratorApp BuilderExperience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal standards, documentation, and onboardingThis role supports US-based, English-speaking internal stakeholders, requiring strong English communication skillsPreferred Skills:Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce experience strongly preferredSalesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Experience Cloud certifications a plusExperience supporting operational reporting, forecasting, and internal performance metricsProfessional Skills:Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsStrong team and individual playerMaintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by natureHigh standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality resultsSelf-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or interventionDemonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issuesBridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer#LI-REMOTE#LI-FR1
