Location: Santiago, Chile or Buenos Aires, Argentina What We Can Achieve Together The Operations Specialist for the Argentina and Southern Andes Business Units is responsible for coordinating a team that delivers administrative support to the TNC staff located throughout Argentina and Chile. The Operations Specialist supervises the operations team, guiding them to assure strong service delivery to BU teams and rapid progress on projects based on extensive knowledge of internal policies and procedures. They interpret guidelines and analyze information to achieve results, improve workflow, and solve problems. They provide recommendations and targeted training related to the areas under management. This role supports all levels of staff on HR issues, working closely with the Regional HR Manager and HR team. Additionally, they work closely with all functional areas within the region, such as Legal and IT, and maintain relationships with external accountants and attorneys.



The Operations Specialist must be comfortable working with ERP systems and the resources utilized for the functional activity and will manage confidential information. They support the Director of Finance and Operations in adapting processes and implementing recommended practices to improve effectiveness. The Operations Specialist will manage one or more administrative support staff based in different countries.
