**Role Expectations**
As an Audit Specialist, you will actively support the day-to-day tasks of audit engagements, collaborating closely with the audit team address accounting, auditing, and other related matters. Utilizing specialized auditols and technology, you'll be a key player in ensuring successful audit outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in preparing audit strategies.
- Supporting the planning and execution of audits.
- Monitoring budgets in conjunction with the Audit Manager.
- Collaborating with staff and helping with their supervision.
- Facilitating the integration of overseas resources ensure efficient execution.
- Aiding in process flow automation perform data analysis of client data.
- Contributing the proposal process for potential new clients and projects.
- Demonstrating adaptability in a virtual working environment.
**Required**
- 4+ years of recent External Audit experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Availability work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
**Preferred**
- Experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Experience working with or in multinational companies is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills, with a history of establishing trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability collaborate effectively with team members at various levels.
- Understanding of engagement economics support operational tasks.
- Proven track record of working independently on multiple assignments or engagements, preferably in a virtual environment.
