**What role you will play in our team**:

- As a Scrum Master, you will coach IT teams on Agile values and principles. You'll facilitate ceremonies, identify and manage dependencies, and promote cross-team collaboration. You'll also support release planning and educate the organization on effective team engagement.
- Our office is located in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires and you will interact with engineers and users from all around the world.

**What you will do**:

- Coach teams on how to integrate Agile values and principles, fostering adoption of Agile practices




- Facilitate and establish a rhythm of touchpoints by ensuring full team engagement in Agile events (e.g. Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refining)
- Elicit dependencies the team has with other teams, build team ownership for cross-team collaboration and help to remove impediments
- In Agile at scale environments, participate and represent the teams in Program Increment Planning meetings and other equivalent events
- Work with Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning and to keep the work backlog healthy and ready for execution
- Educate the organization, including management and business contacts on how to better engage with teams

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Analysis or similar
- Advanced verbal and written communication English skills
- Experience in a Scrum Master, Agile coach or similar role for IT development teams
- Continuous learning mindset
- Full understanding of Agile principles, values and practices
- Experience in creating, managing and reporting on team metrics and progress of sprints and releases
- Ability to manage and facilitate conflict resolution
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**:
It is a plus if you:

- Hold Agile certifications (e.g. CSM)
- Have experience with Agile work management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, TFS)




- Worked with multiple teams, participating on scrum of scrums
- Are familiar with Agile at scale (e.g. SAFe)
- Have worked with Kanban
