As a Communications Analyst you’ll be responsible for creating multimedia communication materials related to our company culture, talent brand and internal operations, considering both strategic company alignment and great Avaturian experience.
Your challenges and objectives
- Gain a deep understanding of the company cultural strategy, to be able to reflect it in all communication materials.
- Provide Avature with expertise on effective communications to make the most of the company culture and talent brand.
- Be able to interact with very different profiles, understanding various communication needs and meeting them with a consistent message.
- Take ownership and proactively work on communication projects (or aspects of projects).

Your day-to-day activities
- Write communications regarding company changes, news or notices.
- Produce content and manage our talent brand social media channels,



and internal social media network.
- Work on communication aspects of internal and PR projects, writing copy and collaborating in audiovisual design.
- Give support to different company communicators, creating, editing or advising on materials.
- Interact with different areas to create and publish internal communication pieces.
- Work fluently with in-house design agency to come up with audiovisual materials.

About you
- Great communicator and team player.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience in copy-writing, interest in working with visual and audiovisual materials.
- Experience in social media management, or big interest in the area.
- Tech savvy.
- Curious and analytic mindset, able to do research and gain knowledge autonomously.
- Eager to dive into different communication spheres, interacting with very diverse profiles.
