**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
The Global Tax Team of SAP is responsible for all tax related matters on corporate taxes within the group. It is responsible for tax compliance as well as for all strategic aspects of tax optimization. The main areas of expertise cover a broad range of national and international tax topics as well as the execution and supervision of tax related projects. Global Tax is constantly providing support and policies to the local subsidiaries.
The LAC Tax Team that is part of our General Tax organization is looking for a Senior Tax Specialist who wants to join the team that is responsible for corporate tax matters of the LAC countries. There are Local Tax Managers in various LAC countries, who are responsible for tax compliance matters in close collaboration with external tax advisors. The team is also collaborating closely with various other teams within Global Tax, especially with the Transfer Pricing Team and the Group Tax Reporting Team. Furthermore,



the team is collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders and customers, e.g. in the area of deal support.
As member of the LAC Tax Team, you will report to the Regional Tax Manager for LAC. Main responsibilities will cover a collaborative working approach across countries with a focus on tax audit support, tax planning, transfer pricing and the development of further standardization and simplification of processes, also including the further implementation of a Tax CMS in LAC. Together with a Tax Specialist for LAC you will cover regional aspects and processes to ensure further standardization and simplification for the region. You will gain detailed regional tax and business knowledge by working closely with the Local Tax Managers, with colleagues from the Transfer Pricing Team and other stakeholders in various finance functions and in other Board areas.
