About the RoleOur client is a founder-led events agencywhere entrepreneurs gather to fuel their creative genius.They create high-impact experiences for brand builders, by brand builders, from intimate farm-to-table dinners and overnight retreats to immersive popups and headline-making summits across North America.They are seeking a creative and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives across email andsocial media, and webinars, with a strong focus on driving audience growth and ticket sales for events and programs.This is not a typical social media role.
This person will own the digital marketing engine behind the brand, developing content ideas, managing campaigns, and executing strategies that turn marketing into sold-out experiences.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, planning and launching campaigns, supporting event and program promotions, and helping bring the brand to life across digital channels.This is a great opportunity for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, highly organized,
and excited to turn strong storytelling and digital execution into measurable audience growth.ResponsibilitiesManage the marketing calendar across events, courses, and digital programsPlan campaigns to drive ticket sales, audience growth, and program enrollmentCoordinate launches, promotions, and campaign milestonesEmail MarketingPlan and execute email campaigns promoting events and programsManage newsletters, announcements, and audience segmentationTrack performance and optimize for conversionsSocial Media & ContentManage the social media content calendarDevelop creative content ideas aligned with the brand's audienceCoordinate production of reels, clips, and graphics (with external editors when needed)Monitor engagement and audience growthEvent MarketingExecute campaigns to promote summits, retreats, and digital programsCoordinate speaker announcements, updates, and promotional contentPlan and manage webinars, registration pages, and follow-up campaignsPerformance & GrowthTrack campaign performance across email, social, and webinarsMonitor ticket sales and marketing conversion ratesContinuously optimize campaigns based on resultsRequirements4–6 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth rolesExperience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)Background managing social media for brands or communitiesStrong copywriting and storytelling skillsHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaignsExperience marketing events, courses, or communities is a plusBasic design skills with Figma and CanvaFamiliarity with AI tools for marketing workflowsExperience in ecommerce, media, or events is a strong plusAdditional Information:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST (adaptable)
