In this role, you aren't just a "meeting facilitator", you are a workflow architect.
You understand that the magic of Agile lies in the details: the precision of a well-written user story, the accuracy of velocity tracking, and the subtle bottlenecks in a Kanban flow.
As an observant facilitator and a process purist with empathy, you will guide cross-functional engineering teams toward predictable,

You will ensure that "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" are strictly enforced standards, not just buzzwords.Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze sprint metrics (Velocity, Burndown) and Kanban flow metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput) to identify trends and predict delivery timelines with high accuracy.Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and dismantle technical and organizational dependencies before they impact the sprint.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of "Kaizen.

You must be able to build custom dashboards, configure workflows, and extract meaningful reports. The "Detail" Factor: Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and maintain documentation that is clear, concise, and current.Exceptional Communication: The ability to notice unspoken tensions in a room and effectively translate technical hurdles into business impacts for stakeholders.Nice if you have:Industry Certifications: Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSP (Certified Scrum Professional), or KMP (Kanban Management Professional) are highly preferred.Technical Background: A foundational understanding of software engineering lifecycles and CI/CD pipelines to better empathize with the development team and remove technical blockers.Equal Opportunity Employer:AspenView is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
