Department: Marketing / Growth / Web3 Strategy Location: Remote Reports to: Head of Growth / Chief Marketing OfficerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Airdrop & Token Distribution Specialist to lead the design and execution of our airdrop campaigns for Unicoinx and related token launches. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing targeted airdrop strategies to increase token awareness, drive community engagement, and support the success of our ICO and long-term token adoption.The idóneo candidate has previously led or played a key role in successful airdrop campaigns in the crypto industry and is familiar with tokenomics, compliance considerations, and distribution mechanisms across wallets and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end airdrop strategies tailored to specific user segments (e.g., early supporters,



strategic partners, DeFi users). Identify and prioritize airdrop target groups based on alignment with our growth and community-building goals. Coordinate with legal, marketing, and tech teams to ensure compliant and secure token distribution. Build distribution lists and oversee wallet vetting processes (e.g., Sybil attack mitigation). Manage integration with wallet platforms (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet) and exchanges for seamless user experiences. Create dashboards and reporting tools to track airdrop effectiveness, engagement, and token holding behavior. Conduct post-airdrop analysis to measure ROI and optimize future campaigns. Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform innovative approaches to token distribution. Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in crypto marketing, token launches, or community growth. Proven track record of planning and executing successful airdrop campaigns. Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, tokenomics, and blockchain fundamentals. Experience working with ERC-20 or similar token standards and on-chain distribution tools. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with wallet analytics and distribution data. Familiarity with crypto regulations and airdrop compliance across jurisdictions. Preferred QualificationsExperience with smart contract deployment and multisig management tools. Existing network within Web3 communities, influencers, and partner DAOs. Comfortable using tools like Dune Analytics, Etherscan, Snapshot, Galxe, Zealy, etc.
