About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Analyst – Implementation to join our Influencer Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring flawless campaign execution by managing contracts, coordinating deliverables, overseeing content publishing, and ensuring timely influencer payments. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support the end-to-end implementation of influencer campaigns across general markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Contract Execution & Timeline coordination Verify campaign breakdowns and create contracts. Communicate with influencers or agencies to send contracts and briefs. Push for timely agreement signature and address redlines. Coordinate the timely delivery of content and campaign assets, and schedule adjustments as needed. 2. Content Publishing Monitor influencer content publishing timelines and verify that content goes live as scheduled. 3.
Worksheet & Internal Updates Maintain and update internal worksheets and trackers to ensure all campaign data is current and accessible. 4. Client Communications Maintains contact with the client to present content for approval. Coordinates with the client for additional requests such as links or brief creation. 5. Brief, Content Feedback & Review Create briefs as needed and suggest creative ideas to influencers on integrating the product. Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines. Provide structured feedback to influencers and agencies as needed. 6. Performance Tracking Monitor content views and performance metrics across platforms. Track KPIs to ensure campaign goals are being met. 7. Payment Processing Provide instructions to the influencers on how to start the payment process. Handle influencer compensation and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments. 8. Internal Coordination Join weekly internal calls to align on campaign progre
