**About the Role**:
- Participate in the design of the Strategic Brand Plan
- Reinforce execution of tactical plans
- Support budget planning process for responsible product Market analysis to deliver strategies to achieve targets
- Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products
- Cross-functional team work. Close collaboration with Field Force, Medical and Access, PSP teams to maximize activities with key stakeholders (HCPs, HCS, Patients). Work closely with different areas, identifying specific unmet needs for each territory
- Support commercial team to ensure correct communication across functional areas
- Be a trusted partner with applicable policies, procedures and regulations Understand internal & external regulations in order to report technical complaints /adverse events /special case scenarios related to Novartis products

**Role Requirements**
Experience
Desirable, but not exclusive, experience in marketing and/or commercial roles or TA.
Experience in execution,
monitoring and analysis of tactical plans
Marketing degree or similar careers.
