We are looking for a passionate and skilled CDE Coordinator to join our forward-thinking team.
This role is at the heart of our digital transformation, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing and continuously improving our Common Data Environment (CDE).

As a CDE Coordinator, you’ll report to and work closely with our CDE Manager with the objective of becoming a vital part of our central Technical Team.
The goal of your role will be driving the effective use of our digital project delivery tools, collaborating with diverse teams across the business to implement our corporate strategy.
To achieve this, you will be instrumental in testing, developing, and implementing enhancements to our CDE, with a strong focus on adhering to BS EN ISO 19650 standards and maximising the potential of platforms like Asite.
**What you will be doing**:
- **Collaborating with the CDE Manager**: You will be working closely with the CDE Manager to oversee the strategic management, configuration, and optimisation of our CDE.
Your contributions will ensure that our operations not only meet but set industry standards, firmly aligned with BS EN ISO 19650.
- **CDE Platform Development**: Play a key role in configuring, developing, and maintaining Asite modules such as Field, Procurement, Contracts, and our rebranded Playbook - while driving enhancements to our CDE platform.
With a hands-on approach,
you'll refine and launch new features to keep our systems ahead of the curve and aligned with the dynamic needs of our business
- **Engaging and Inspiring Stakeholders**: As the bridge between technology and business, you will effectively communicate CDE advancements, promoting best practices and driving the adoption of digital tools across the organisation.
Your ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels will be key to our success.
- **Ensuring Quality Assurance**: Through regular audits and checks, you will maintain the highest standards of data quality and system documentation.
Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of our CDE is accurate, complete, and reliable.

**What we need from you**:
- **Professional Experience**: Proven experience as a CDE Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry, with deep insight into the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong proficiency in using Asite or similar CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Aconex, Viewpoint) and the ability to configure and customise these tools to meet business needs.
- **Compliance Knowledge**: Comprehensive knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 standards, with a track record of ensuring compliance in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- **Project Management Skills**: Excellent project management abilities with the talent to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities while focusing on achieving strategic objectives.
- **Communication & Presentation Skills**: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and engaging for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- **Development Skills**: Experience in configuring CDE systems, creating digital workflows, and forms to support effective information management and project collaboration.
