**MRM** is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company.

At MRM BA a **Project Manager** is responsible for managing production and teams on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with other PM’s, is in charge of supervising the schedules and deliverables of the area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production.

**Main tasks**
- Responsible for the successful development of multiple medium-to-high complexity projects in a limited time framework
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Program kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
- Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans, budget plans, resource allocations
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics
- Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, partners, stakeholders and multifunctional teams
- Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
- Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams
- Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration
- Coach and mentor other team members; specifically other Project Managers.




- Boost verbal and written communication skills to develop the relationship between the client, the agency and internal team.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
- Agency or client-side experience.
- Intermediate MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet, Egnyte, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday) experience.
- Experience defining the scope of new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, certifications in this regard is a plus.
- Advanced level of English (oral and written)
