To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilitiesn
n
- Provide technical and functional support to clients worldwide through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer/Zoom/etc); check clients' configurations; suggest improvements and best practices to maximize the platform's efficiency; and work closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues.

nQualificationsn
n
- Fluent in English and Spanish
n
- Enjoy working with clients, providing top-level support
n
- Think analytically
n
- Have strong communication and troubleshooting skills
n
- Have previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure
n
- Are tech-savvy
n
- Having previous experience using InvGate products is a big plus!
