**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Analyst** to support the comprehensive management of administrative, compensation, benefits, internal communications, and operational tasks within our Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in accompanying employees throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience aligned with our organizational culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support**:

- Coordinate onboarding process: pre-employment exams, health insurance enrollment, payroll account setup, equipment delivery, and system access (Humand, BambooHR, Jira, etc.).
- Manage and update digital employee records.
- Issue employment certificates and manage internal documentation.
- Process new vendor onboarding and manage documentation in the system.
- Share daily communications on Humand app (new hires, exits, birthdays, special announcements).
- Process and track invoices and payments related to the HR department.
- Administer employee transportation services (e.g. Taxi Premium, Cabify).
- Provide support in internal communications and respond to general HR inquiries.
- Assist with organizing internal events and coordinating logistics.




- Register and follow up on employee leaves (vacation, medical, special).
- Support internal audits and the development of HR policies.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal surveys (onboarding, offboarding, climate, well-being) and deriving actionable feedback.
- Coordinate required training sessions (Health & Safety, ART).

**Reporting & Data Management**:

- Prepare and analyze various HR reports to support local and regional HR and Finance teams.
- Update internal systems and platforms (Humand, BambooHR, CAPTRA, Headcount records, etc.).
- Generate reports on headcount, payroll, leave balances, turnover, etc.
- Support the preparation of budget reports and comparative analyses.
- Develop internal presentations for team updates and meetings.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes for HR systems and workflows.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., birthday gifts, referrals, special events, recognitions, Pedidos Ya, Mercado Pago).
- Coordinate gifts and recognition logistics.
- Suggest improvements to compensation and benefits policies based on market best practices.

**Office Management**:

- Coordinate equipment delivery and returns with the IT department.
- Purchase office and HR-related supplies (onboarding kits, general materials).
- Monitor and manage office inventory and restocking.

**Requirements**:

- Ongoing student of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in generalist or administrative HR roles.
- Intermediate to advanced **English proficiency** (mandatory).
- Strong command of **Microsoft Office** (especially Excel and Outlook) - mandatory.
