Responsibilities Lead complete solution delivery for designated accounts and serve as the main contact for delivery matters Ensure adherence to delivery governance and management procedures according to chosen frameworks Manage staffing and allocate resources based on required skills and seniority to meet delivery plans Guide the technical architecture of projects to align with quality and future-proof standards Coordinate across stakeholders and teams to ensure project objectives are met Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while managing engagement risks Oversee the creation of client proposals, statements of work,
