At Empresa confidencial, we’re looking for a Financial Analysis Manager I to coordinate our Supply Chain Finance team for Latin America South, Central America & the Caribbean, based in Buenos Aires (Hybrid work model).The Supply Chain Financial Manager will coordinate a team from different countries (Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Colombia, Central america region and Caribbean region) and lead supply chain finance activities for the LASC Market. With focus on forecasting, planning & analysis. Will be supply chain finance partner, including activities of cost accounting, logistics and plants cost efficiency analysis and business decision support. The position will manage 5 plants (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica) and +15 distribution centers, across the region and reports to SCF manager LASC and functionally reporting to International Markets SCF and SC Director.Responsibilities: Produce accurate, timely and insightful business reporting and analytics: • Manage the processes of the supply chain financial shaping and financial forecasting (including Capex), analysis,



management accounting and reporting, identifying business issues and opportunities and making recommendations for future actions.• Lead monthly closing processes, such as cost manufacturing process, standard and replacement costs• Perform several costs analysis: Plant overheads and warehouse expenses, Delivery costs, Material loss, price purchase variances (PPVs), manufacturing and logistic variances, among others.• Prepare the Variance Analysis by comparing the presente performance versus budgeting one (Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly), and figuring out the trend along the year and compared with past years.• Coordinate and develop financial forecast and annual plan exercise, standard costs roll, plant overheads, delivery costs, etc• Lead annual activities, such as inventory physical counts in plants and warehouses and root cause analysis (ensure proper reconciliation), internal and external audi
