Role Summary
The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will be a foundational member of a lean, high-velocity development team.
You will be responsible for accelerating the development of a platform that manages complex data integrations, shipments, and payments.
This role is adecuado for a developer who thrives in an AI-heavy environment, as we utilize custom LLM guidelines and coding agents to maintain a rapid pace of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust backend services using TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
Build responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces using React with Tailwind or Material UI.
Architect and manage data storage using a hybrid of SQL and Firebase for unstructured data.
Implement and scale AI-powered features using the Google Cloud ecosystem (Vertex AI).
Manage containerized deployments via Cloud Run and orchestrate asynchronous tasks with Pub/Sub.
Integrate multiple proprietary, non-public APIs to sync shipments, payments, and record systems.
Ensure the platform meets rigorous,
complex audit compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the founding team to translate a deep backlog of 800+ user stories into functional code.
Maintain and improve internal AI-driven workflows, including the use of Cursor and custom coding agent standards.
Handle multi-tenant architectures involving diverse data modalities, including audio and image extraction.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and NextJS.
Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub).
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL/Firebase for unstructured data handling.
Experience building multi-tenant systems and managing complex API integrations.
Advanced experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., custom LLM config files and coding agents).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience building "Operating System" style platforms that consolidate multiple legacy systems.
Background in highly regulated industries requiring strict audit compliance.
Proven track record of working in seed-stage environments with high-velocity release cycles.
