Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Manages sourcing and purchasing of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) Materials, equipment and Plant services for Capital Projects and Plant OperationsConducts sourcing events using RFQ, Sealed bids and other latest techniques for materials and services. Performs commercial evaluation of the bids and facilitates bid clarification meetings with stakeholders. Finalizes the selection and follows through with Purchase Order (PO)



executionProactively engages stakeholders in identifying, selecting and approving new material suppliers. Leads the Supplier Qualification (SQ) processes and maintains Approved Vendor ListDemonstrates proficiency in MRO materials and equipment sourcing to drive decisions and optimizes costs of purchasesResponsible for Order expediting process with vendors. Coordinates planning and scheduling with field material coordinators or jobsite project expeditors to establish prioritiesDrives implementation of global/regional initiatives and processes.
