Senior Accountant

About the position:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for leading Empresa confidencial’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role will own day-to-day accounting activities, payroll, and statutory reporting for both Argentina and U.S. entities, ensuring alignment across jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities:

Accounting & Close

Own and maintain accurate general ledger records for both Argentina and U.S. entities.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards,



and balance sheet accounts.
Track, value, and reconcile inventory and stock balances.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal controls.

Billing & Receivables

Manage client invoicing and payment tracking.
Ensure revenue is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Accounts Payable & Suppliers

Process and control supplier invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate supplier records and payment schedules.

Payroll & Employee Accounting

Manage payroll processing for employees across Argentina and the U.S., ensuring accurate recording and compliance with local requirements.
Ensure correct accounting treatment of salaries, benefits, bonuses, and related accruals.
Maintain payroll-related records and support employee registration processes from an accounting perspective.

Taxes & Statutory Reporting

Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns for Argentina entity in
