Experience selling one or more of the following: IT outsourcing or staff augmentation Insurance technology solutions Experience selling into insurance carriers, TPAs, MGAs, or related organizations is strongly preferred. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex buying committees. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. AI & Automation Proficiency (Strongly Preferred) Experience building automated outbound sales systems.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM (workflows, sequences, reporting, pipeline management). Experience using AI-assisted tools for: Prospect research Proposal drafting Sales analytics Ability to interpret CRM data and optimize outreach strategies based on measurable performance metrics.
