nDirectors (The Control Room Pilots)**n
You are the director of the digital stage. From our Rosario office, you’ll be the "quarterback" of the broadcast, calling the shots for games happening across North America.

- **The Mission:**
nOrchestrate a seamless viewer experience usingn

n. You’ll switch feeds, trigger instant replays, and integrate live graphics with split-second timing.n
- **The Requirement:**
n1+ years of vMix experience and the ability to communicate fluently inn

- *2. PTZ Camera Operators (The Remote Visionaries)**
nForget standing behind a tripod on a sideline. You will use advanced Remote PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom)
technology to "fly" cameras located in stadiums across the US and Canada—all from your desk in Rosario.n

nTrack high-speed plays with precision. Your "eye" for the game ensures families and fans never miss a buzzer-beater or a home run.n
