Argentina Fully Remote - Full Time PositionnAbout The JobnType of Contract: Full Time (not outsourcing)nLocation: Argentina, fully remote.nMira Commerce is seeking a talented and proactive Semi-senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality digital experiences for global ecommerce brands. The idóneo candidate is a creative problem solver with strong design skills, user-centered thinking, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and clients.nResponsibilitiesnDesign intuitive, user-centric interfaces for ecommerce websites, applications, and digital products.nCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.nCollaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to refine design requirements and deliver solutions aligned with project goals.nConduct UX research, analyze user behavior, and transform findings into actionable insights and design improvements.nMaintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency across platforms.nPresent design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.nParticipate in user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.nEnsure design deliverables meet accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines.nRequirementsnBachelor’s degree in Graphic Designn4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design,
ideally within ecommerce or digital product environments.nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows and design systems.nStrong experience using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects is a plus).nSolid understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design principles, and responsive web design.nA keen eye for detail is essential to craft aesthetically pleasing and meaningful e-commerce experiences and marketing assets.nProven ability to integrate AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Firefly, Midjourney, Figma AI) into daily workflows to improve speed, quality, and exploration.nEnglish communication skills (B2+), both written and spoken.nPresentable UX/UI portfolio showcasing real project work, design processes, and final outcomes.nStrong presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.nAbility to work independently while being a strong team player in a collaborative environment.nProactive, highly collaborative attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Detailed oriented with a commitment to design quality. Curious and eager to learn.nNice-to-HavenExperience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce).nKnowledge of HTML/CSS basics and understanding of frontend capabilities and constraints.nFamiliarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.nExperience conducting usability testing or A/B testing.
