The adecuado candidate is deeply technical, passionate about AI, and experienced in shaping architecture and strategy for AI products and platforms. This role will influence AI principles across the organization while actively building and improving AI-driven systems.nPrimary ResponsibilitiesnArchitect, design, and implement AI-driven solutions across products and platformsCollaborate with engineering and product teams to define AI strategy and technical best practicesDevelop, maintain,
and optimize Python-based AI pipelines and applicationsEvaluate new AI technologies and approaches to improve platform capabilitiesEnsure AI systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goalsMentor other engineers on AI development and architecture best practicesnSome Must-Haves:n5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AIStrong Python expertise and experience building AI systems in productionDeep understanding of AI concepts, machine learning pipelines, and model deploymentExperience architecting AI solutions at scaleExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentnWhere We're Looking For It:nBrazilOpen to 100% Fully RemotenOther InformationnThe work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
