Remote Chief of Staff – Part‑Time Strategic Ops Lead

Join a leading virtual‑assistant agency that partners with U.S.-based businesses to provide top‑tier remote talent from Latin America. This part‑time role supports the CEO with executive and operational responsibilities while offering a versátil, remote schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal operations and streamline communication.
- Coordinate and oversee client onboarding processes.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Schedule and manage internal and client meetings.
- Handle client relationship management and project oversight.
- Assist with talent acquisition coordination and onboarding.
- Ensure project timelines are met and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfort with U.S. business hours (Eastern and Central time zones).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proficient with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Compensation
$15–$18 per hour, plus a performance bonus. Remote, flexible schedule.
