Remote Part-Time Chief Of Staff – Strategic Operations LeadWe are seeking a dynamic Remote Chief Of Staff (Part-Time) to provide strategic support directly to the CEO.
The role requires managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and overseeing executive support functions in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate meetings, client onboarding, and project oversight.Manage client relationships and serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.Assist with talent acquisition processes and internal operations.Maintain and streamline communication across virtual teams.Qualifications3+ years of experience in operations, client services, or executive support.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Comfortable working with remote teams and managing workflows.CompensationHourly rate of $15–$18 (based on experience) plus performance bonuses.LocationRemote (open to applicants in the United States, or specified countries).
