Account Executive (AE) – B2B
This is a contractor role with a hybrid modality (2 days per week onsite in Buenos Aires).
We're looking for a
senior Account Executive
with strong closing skills, experience managing complex B2B deals, and a disciplined commercial mindset. This role requires full ownership of the sales cycle and confidence in defending value, pricing, and margins.
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
B2B Sales / Account Executive Experience
- 5 years
closing B2B deals
- Proven ownership of the
full sales cycle
(discovery → close)
- Experience closing
complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- English advance.
Closing & Negotiation
- 5+ years
leading commercial negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to
defend pricing and margins
- Strong experience handling objections and closing under pressure
Qualified Pipeline Management (SQL-based)
- 3+ years
working with
SDRs and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Strong judgment in
accepting or rejecting SQLs
based on qualification criteria
- Proven discipline in maintaining
clean, realistic pipelines
Structured Commercial Discovery
- 4+ years
running structured discovery calls focused on:
- Real buying intent
- Urgency and timing
- Decision-makers and budget ownership
- Ability to
disqualify opportunities early and confidently
Contract & Deal Structuring
- 3+ years
defining and closing deals with:
- Clear scope
- Commercial terms
- Timelines and expectations
- Experience ensuring
clean handoffs post-close
CRM Discipline & Forecast Accuracy
- 4+ years
of disciplined CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proven experience updating deal stages, notes, and next steps accurately
- Comfort working with
forecast reviews based on real data
