In this role, you will handle written customer communication on digital platforms by following predefined guidelines and internal processes. The position is fully remote and integrated into a structured operational environment with clear expectations and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle written communication with customers through online systems with a conversion-focused approach
- Identify opportunities to guide conversations toward sales or upsells where appropriate
- Respond to incoming messages in a timely, professional, and consistent manner
- Follow predefined communication guidelines, sales frameworks, and internal workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality standards
- Work independently while adhering to assigned schedules and processes
Desired Candidate Profile
- Very good written English skills
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and sales awareness
- Ability to follow structured guidelines while adapting tone to customer intent
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection and basic technical skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or digital services is an advantage but not required
