Position Description
We are seeking an empathetic and strategic User Experience Designer to craft meaningful, intuitive experiences for a suite of web, mobile, and digital assistant applications. This role combines UX design thinking with strong front-end engineering skills, contributing to the evolution of modern digital experiences across platforms such as community portals, mobile apps, and internal dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand the needs, pain points, and goals of business users
- Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to visualize end-to-end user interactions across the ecosystem
- Define information architecture and user flows for complex multi-role systems
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to illustrate design concepts
- Facilitate usability testing and feedback sessions, analyzing results and iterating designs for clarity and efficiency
- Collaborate with Product Owners and UI Designers to align UX strategy with product roadmaps and business goals
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation and aligns with accessibility and usability standards
- Contribute to the development of a consistent design system across all platforms — web, mobile, and AI interfaces
Workplace:
Fulltime contract working remotely and based in Latin-America supporting Eastern timezone working hours.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in SaaS or complex enterprise systems
- Proven experience conducting end-to-end UX design — from research and strategy to usability validation
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma or Adobe XD)
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for large-scale applications
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile product development and working closely with Product Owners and Developers
Preferred Skills
- Experience in PropTech or real estate management domain is preferred
