Remote Chief of Staff — Strategic Ops Lead (Part‑Time)
A virtual assistant agency is looking for a part‑time Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. The role involves managing internal operations, client onboarding, talent acquisition, and overall project coordination. You will streamline communication, oversee internal team collaboration, and support the CEO in strategic decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day internal operations and executive support.
- Lead client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and roster management for a remote workforce.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, client relationship management, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional workflows in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with virtual / remote team coordination is preferred.
Compensation
$15 – $18 USD per hour with a performance bonus for client sourcing.
Location & Eligibility
Remote position. Applicants from Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia are considered.
