Digital Marketing Manager
Remote - LATAM | Full-Time - Part time

The Opportunity
Our client is expanding their marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing specialist who can help them grow their online presence and generate qualified leads for the business.
You'll be responsible for managing social media, creating engaging content, running digital advertising campaigns in Meta, and helping connect with potential clients and candidates.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, and who wants to make a real impact in a growing company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Create content including posts, graphics, and short-form videos
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Develop marketing strategies to attract clients and talent
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
- Collaborate with the leadership team on brand messaging and positioning
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Help improve our website content and user experience
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Analytical and very CREATIVE!
- You understand trends, you help create content and propose new ideas to implement
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Proven track record managing social media accounts for businesses
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling copy
- Basic graphic design and video editing abilities, you can use AI!
- Comfortable analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, social media schedulers, analytics platforms)
Language:
- Proficient in English (B2 - C1)
Personal Qualities:
- Creative thinker with a practical approach
- Detail-oriented and organized, you ensure quality over quantity.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with trying new ideas and learning from results
- Good communicator who can collaborate remotely
- Comfortable using CRM, Canva, Excel for reporting, Meta, Video Editors, AI tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B marketing or professional services
- SEO and website optimization experience
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Hours: Part time with adaptable schedule - LATAM BASED
