Ingeniero/a de Preventa (networking y/o Seguridad)
Profesional de preventa con foco en tecnología Cisco (networking y/o seguridad) para apoyar a canal y clientes en el diseño de soluciones, dimensionamiento, propuestas, demos/POC y transferencia de conocimiento, integrando servicios de TD SYNNEX.
Responsabilidades clave
- Levantar requerimientos y definir arquitectura/alcance de soluciones Cisco.
- Elaborar propuestas técnicas y BOM; ejecutar demos, POC y workshops.
- Resolver consultas técnicas de preventa y escalar cuando corresponda.
- Transferir conocimiento a partners y clientes.
- Coordinar con ventas y equipos técnicos para cerrar oportunidades.
Requisitos indispensables
- 2+ años de experiencia en preventa (base Cisco comprobable).
- Certificación Cisco CCNA vigente.
- Conocimientos en networking y/o seguridad Cisco.
- Inglés intermedio para comprensión de documentación técnica.
- Comunicación clara y capacidad de influir con enfoque de negocio.
Deseable
- Certificaciones en otras marcas de seguridad (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Broadcom).
- Certificaciones Cisco adicionales (p. ej., CCNP).
