About the Client
Our client is a U.S.-based company in the freight forwarding and supply chain industry, helping businesses manage international shipping and logistics. They provide end-to-end support for clients, from coordinating with manufacturers overseas to ensuring shipments arrive on time, with all documentation handled. They combine service expertise with proprietary software and automation tools to deliver highly accurate and timely communication for their clients.
The company is results-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on operational excellence, and they’re now looking to build a strong outbound email marketing channel to generate qualified leads for their sales team.
About the Role
We are hiring a Demand Generation Email Marketing Specialist to own and scale the company’s email marketing and outbound lead generation. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role that combines strategy, execution, and continuous optimization. The specialist will manage campaigns end-to-end, design sequences, optimize deliverability, and help qualify prospects for the sales team.
You will work closely with leadership and sales to translate the company’s value proposition into high-performing campaigns, ensuring measurable results and consistent engagement with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns at scale.
- Design sequences and automation workflows in HubSpot to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Write, test, and iterate on email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Segment and manage prospect lists to maximize targeting and response quality.
- Monitor campaign performance, including response and qualified meeting rates, and continuously optimize.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Maintain strong data hygiene and organization in CRM and automation platforms.
- Continuously suggest improvements to tools, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, email marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end outbound email campaigns, including automation, copywriting, and segmentation.
- Experience in service-based or complex B2B industries (marketing agencies, logistics, SaaS, or supply chain is a plus).
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and CRM management.
- Hands-on experience with cold email tools (Instantly or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and a testing mindset for optimization and experimentation.
- Autonomous, results-driven, proactive, and able to manage campaigns independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Salary: Starting at $2,500+ USD per month, competitive and negotiable based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours (8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST).
