The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing daily front office operations for a busy chiropractic and acupuncture practice. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and prior chiropractic office experience. The adecuado candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-center–style environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound, outbound, and after-hours phone calls (50–150 calls per day).
- Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments.
- Provide professional and courteous patient communication.
- Maintain organized email communication using Microsoft Outlook.
- Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure efficient office workflow.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a U.S.-based chiropractic healthcare practice is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proven experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.
Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) offering a pay rate of $7–$8 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The work schedule is 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST, with the potential requirement to work Saturdays.
