Para uno de nuestros clientes del rubro salud, nos encontramos en la búsqueda un CET Operations System Engineer
The System Engineer will be part of Messaging team, delivering global Level 2 operational support for messaging services. This role focuses on incident resolution, operational stability, and continuous service improvements across integral messaging ecosystem.
Responsabilidades:
• Process and resolve Level 2 Messaging tickets ensuring timely closure within defined SLAs, following operational standards.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 3 Messaging Engineering when required and perform follow up to ensure end to end resolution.
• Perform daily health checks, monitoring activities, and operational validations across messaging platforms.
• Support maintenance activities, small operational changes, and service hygiene tasks.
• Collaborate with global Messaging SMEs to ensure platform stability, including proactive problem identification.
• Document operational procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge articles for continuous improvement.
• Comply with all quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in virtual meetings as required by operations (occasionally outside local business hours).
Requisitos
Microsoft Exchange (2016/2019/O365 hybrid) – administration & troubleshooting
• Office 365 Messaging services
• Mail Flow diagnosis and remediation
• Active Directory fundamentals and DNS troubleshooting
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools (preferred)
