About This Role We are hiring a part-time Email Marketing Manager to own strategy, design, execution, and reporting across email and SMS marketing for a growing DTC brand.
This is not an execution only role.
You will plan segmentation, develop campaign strategy, design emails in Canva, implement in Klaviyo, and continuously optimize performance to fully remove email marketing ownership from the founders.
Key Responsibilities Develop a weekly campaign strategy and audience segmentation Build and optimize lifecycle flows Identify revenue opportunities and test ideas Recommend improvements based on performance data Design and Creative Execution Design email campaigns in Canva aligned with brand standards Produce ready-to-send assets requiring minimal revision Build and deploy campaigns and automations Manage segmentation and list hygiene Perform quality assurance before every send Reporting and Optimization Track campaign and flow performance Provide weekly performance summaries Translate insights into actionable growth improvements Software/Platforms/Tools Shopify Google Workspace Postscript or SMS tools preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of freelancing experience Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level) 3 to 7 years of experience in DTC email marketing Strong segmentation and lifecycle marketing experience Experience with US-based consumer brands strongly preferred Background in fragrance, apparel, health and beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred Ability to own both strategy and execution independently Shift Schedule Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours preferred #J-*****-Ljbffr
