Your Mission:We are looking for a Performance Creative to join our remote team.
This role is for a visual storyteller who understands conversion.
You are a hybrid talent: equal parts Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
If you know how to cut a video hook that stops the scroll in 3 seconds and design a thumbnail that demands a click, this is your playground.Responsibilities:Social Media Video Editing: Cut and produce compelling video ads from raw footage.
This includes creating hooks, smooth transitions, text overlays, and visual effects that maximize watch time.Thumbnail Design: Design "scroll-stopping" thumbnails for videos that significantly improve click-through rates (CTR).
Web & Email Graphics: Create high-quality visual assets for our e-commerce websites (banners, hero images) and engaging images for email marketing campaigns.Ad Creatives: Design high-performance static and video assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.Content Optimization: Analyze raw video materials to select the best moments for storytelling and enhance them to drive conversions.Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive look and feel across all digital materials, aligning website, email, and social media visuals with the brand identity.Trend Awareness:
Stay ahead of design trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and competitive.Requirements:Strong Portfolio: Must showcase performance-driven marketing assets, including video edits, thumbnails, and web/email graphics.Extensive experience with generative AIProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.Video Editing Expertise: Proven experience in cutting, motion graphics, and post-production enhancements specifically for social media.Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, including how design impacts performance on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.Ability to analyze and iterate on creatives, optimizing based on engagement metrics and performance insights.Detail-oriented with a structured approach to design, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment in every asset.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving remote environment.Passion for digital marketing and advertising, with a data-driven mindset and an eagerness to test, learn, and refine.Job Scope:Full-time position remoteAvailability to address urgent issues on weekends as needed #J--Ljbffr
