We are currently seeking a Head of Production — a strategic operator and execution driver who ensures our production department runs independently, delivers excellence on time, and scales reliably across regions.
A great fit for this specific role is a person: Who has experience in production, content operations, or video delivery leadership With strong operational ownership — you solve problems before they escalatem Experienced managing remote teams and distributed workflows Speaks English fluently (written + spoken) Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable translating numbers into decisions Thrives in an environment where quality, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration come first Comfort with data tools (Dashboards, Excel/Sheets, reports) and performance indicators Key Objectives and Responsibilities: Owning delivery outcomes: make sure videos are delivered on time, at high quality, with minimal rework Building systems that scale: standardize processes, optimize workflows,
