We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead an engineering team and guide customer Technology Directors through the migration of an in-house Loyalty Platform to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud within the hospitality industry.ResponsibilitiesServe as Technical Architect within a Scrum team, contributing to the long-term vision and optimal use of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud in a large-scale hospitality implementationDesign stay processing, partner transactions, hotel and partner reimbursement, vouchers, promotions, APIs, and integrations with legacy systemsApply real-world Loyalty Cloud experience to guide solution architecture decisionsDrive delivery teams through all stages of implementation, from engagement strategy discussions to reviewing data models, custom objects, and developer pull requestsBuild and maintain strong relationships with the Head of Technology on the customer side, supporting validation of proposed solutions across teamsUnderstand long-term customer objectives and help define a sustainable technology and implementation roadmapRequirementsDeep Salesforce expertise with 7+ years of working experience, ideally stronger than average platform specialistsStrong understanding of system integrations; experience with MuleSoft,
