This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to create a meaningful impact in an innovative and data-driven environment.Join us in driving innovation and shaping the future of our data strategies.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define project requirements, and establish clear objectivesAnalyze and document workflows, business processes, and system interactions to identify key insightsRecommend and design innovative, data-centric solutions to optimize processes and achieve business goalsLead workshops, conduct interviews, and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholdersDevelop detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and business requirementsServe as a primary point of contact between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycleTranslate business requirements into technical specifications for development teamsSupport implementation and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and objectivesManage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standardsRequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, preferably with expertise in the insurance industryAdvanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and creating prototype queries, including joins, aggregates,
